FAQ
Do you shoot destination weddings?
ABSOLUTELY! Love knows no bounds, so we don't have limitations on where we capture that for you! We would love to be a part of such a special day, no matter the distance.
** Travel costs must be included for any session outside of the greater Seattle are, but we are more than happy to travel to capture your special day! Feel free to email sessions@westcoastmediaservice.com for details.
Can I extend the session on the day of?
So long as there are no schedule conflicts, we will do everything that we can to ensure we capture all of the precious moments that you need.
Please note that anything outside of the original agreement will constitute an additional charge.
What kind of gear do you use?
I recently upgraded from the Canon 80D to the Sony A7-III. I have multiple lenses and accessories that help me get the job done, but additionally have access to additional resources to ensure that I have all the tools necessary to perfectly capture life's precious moments!
Do I have to order prints through you?
You are by no means required to order prints through West Coast Media Service, but it is always encouraged as I work with trusted printing sources that will guarantee the quality of prints as well as a great price!
Where do you shoot?
Anywhere in the world! I am based out of King County, Washington and frequently travel to Portland, Pullman and Spokane frequently. Sessions more than 1 hours away from my home base (King County, WA) may require additional charges to cover the cost of travel.
Travel Fee: Charged around $0.56 / mile (standard IRS mileage rate), $50 flat fee for Portland, Spokane & Pullman, for all other locations please email booking@westcoastmediaservice.com for a travel fee / booking quote.
Will there be a second shooter?
Unless it is specified that there is a need for multiple photographers or we believe there is a need, sessions will be covered by a single photographer.
Please note that although there may not be a secondary photographer, we may utilize photographic assistants to ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience.
Do you accept payments/ have payment plans options?
We understand that photoshoots can be expensive, so we are more than happy to work with anyone to ensure that they can book a session with us! If you need additional details on how to set up a payment plan, please email support@westcoastmediaservice.com.
